\nMercury Matrix, Inc<\/strong> is expanding rapidly and is looking for a highly-motivated candidate who has great communication skills, leadership qualities and who is confident that they can be groomed from an entry level sales associate to full time management in less than a year.
\nMercury <\/strong>has provided stability, support and a team focused environment for its staff.  With our strategy of hiring people with untapped potential and developing them internally through our management training program from full time entry level sales representatives to full time managers.<\/p>\n

Our Management Training Program<\/strong> focuses on people\u2019s habits and provides training in the following areas:
\nCommunications & Sales:<\/strong>  <\/strong>4-8 weeks solely learning full time sales systems, client services and the ability to acquire new customers for our clients
\nTraining & Coaching:<\/strong> 8-16 weeks learning how to train others effectively, applying Situational Leadership and John Maxwell techniques
\nOrganizational Leadership:<\/strong> 8-16 weeks on public speaking, critical conversations, budgeting, goal setting, campaign and territory management<\/p>\n
