Our client, a growing Real Estate Development Company, is currently seeking a Superintendent \/ Construction Project Manager \u2013 Single Family Homes in the greater Seattle, WA area. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The successful candidate for the Superintendent \/ Construction Project Manager will have these general responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee and manage the construction process from start to project completion.<\/li>\n
  • Prepare estimates for construction projects to include material costs, labor equipment, subcontractor and overhead costs.<\/li>\n
  • Manage Superintendent, subcontractors and employees.<\/li>\n
  • Review construction documents.<\/li>\n
  • Develop project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the design efforts for internal and external consultants.<\/li>\n
  • Frequently visit project sites to ensure quality and process.<\/li>\n
  • Promote safe and efficient construction sites.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure the projects stay within budget and on schedule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \u00a0Superintendent \/ Construction Project Manager – Single Family Homes<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Summary of requirements for Superintendent \/ Construction Project Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.\u00a0Master\u2019s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or MBA preferred.<\/li>\n
    • 5+ years of construction project management experience for single family housing.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Must have knowledge and experience of the residential construction process and equipment, materials and supplies.<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience reading and interpreting construction documents and plans. \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace and team-oriented environment.<\/li>\n
    • Self-driven, highly motivated, excellent\u00a0leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite to include, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n
    • Must have a valid driver\u2019s license and current auto insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Salary:\u00a0 $90 – $100K plus bonus potential <\/strong><\/p>\n
