provide, and have recently been named a Hartford Courant\/Fox CT Top Small Workplace Award winner for the SIXTH consecutive year!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We are currently recruiting a F\/T experienced <strong>DIRECTOR for our INTEGRATED SERVICES <\/strong>who will oversee the day-to-day functions of our Primary Care, Front Desk, Call Center and Facilities teams and ensure that the needs of our service delivery staff are met.\u00a0 This individual will maintain the high performance standards we aspire to as an agency while supporting our mission statement and philosophy and helping our clinical staff provide the best in patient care.\u00a0 <strong>This individual must be a Registered Nurse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee Practice Managers located at our East Hartford and Hartford locations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Practice Managers and support staff adhere to policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all mandatory reporting and data tracking is completed in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Ensure monthly audits are completed<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with other Directors to ensure patients are able to receive high quality care in all divisions<\/li>\n<li>Help create and implement systems to improve flow and patient outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-the-ground leadership<\/li>\n<li>Oversee payroll within your departments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure supplies are managed appropriately<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Job Requirements<\/h3>\n<div class=\"description\">\n<p>To be considered for this position, an applicant <strong>MUST<\/strong> meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Current Connecticut RN licensure required<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>7+ years of strong experience managing a medical practice.\u00a0 Applicants without this experience will not be considered.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s Degree strongly preferred.\u00a0 Degree may be substituted for equivalent in education, training and experience.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Considerable knowledge of health care administration<\/li>\n<li>Considerable knowledge of and ability to apply management principles and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Strong, current computer skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong judgment, flexibility and ability to adapt<\/li>\n<li>Ability to establish and manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to approach all aspects of the work from a culturally competent, trauma informed, gender responsive\u00a0 and recovery oriented perspective<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Strong candidates should also possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>FQHC experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Spanish speaking preferred<\/li>\n<li>A belief that every
