You will be receiving inbound\/outbound calls throughout your shift. \u00a0Candidates that have experience with a License may be able to earn more hourly.<\/p>\n<p>The Customer Service Agent is the front line representative of the call center. \u00a0This individual is responsible for handling inbound sales calls. \u00a0The agent will review plan information and answer prospect\u2019s questions regarding insurance options, with the goal of closing the sale by enrolling in coverage. \u00a0The agent will be closely aware of call center policies, procedures and company\/client goals and will strive to meet those goals. \u00a0Agents must meet various productivity and quality levels established by their specific program. \u00a0Customer service and\/or sales experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and a process-orientation are paramount in an effective agent.<\/p>\n<p><em>Day to Day Responsibilities Include:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Educate and assist customers regarding the purchase of an insurance plan.<\/li>\n<li>Complete a needs analysis to identify the best product for the customer. \u00a0Goal is to determine best plan for the caller and enroll them in the plan of their choice.<\/li>\n<li>Review plans and quote premiums.<\/li>\n<li>Follow a call plan focused on sales and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain schedule adherence (attendance, punctuality, use of AUX time)<\/li>\n<li>Willingly accept and implement feedback to improve sales performance.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all communication skills, both verbal and active listening skills. \u00a0As the customer facing entity for our client, you must be able to represent the professional and knowledgeable qualities they are looking for.<\/p>\n<p>Additional Qualifications Include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma \/ G.E.D<\/li>\n<li>Current Accident and Health Insurance license (or desire to obtain)<\/li>\n<li>Prior sales \/ customer service experience in a related environment (sales\/service, call center preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Assertive sales orientation. \u00a0Have a passion for helping people through sales. \u00a0Must possess the drive to close the sale.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated strong process-orientation and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated aptitude to learn, absorb, and actively use complex
